SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Dr. Ambrish Devanshu received his B.Tech. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the School of Engineering at Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin, Kerala, India, in 2011. He completed his major project at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC), a leading centre of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) under the Department of Space (DOS), Government of India.

From September 2011 to June 2014, he worked as a Project Engineer at Wipro Technologies in Greater Noida, India. Following this, he pursued a full-time PhD in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Delhi Technological University (DTU), Delhi, India, and was awarded his doctorate in 2019. Between December 2020 and July 2022, he served as a faculty member in the Electrical Engineering Department at the National Institute of Technology Patna. Currently, he works as an Assistant Professor in the electrical engineering department at the National Institute of Technology Silchar.

Dr. Devanshu has authored several research journal and conference papers, published books and book chapters, and holds patents. He has served as a session chair and track chair at many IEEE conferences. Additionally, he has reviewed research papers for numerous esteemed peer-reviewed journals, including IEEE Transactions, Taylor & Francis, and Wiley. He has delivered expert talks at notable institutions such as NIT Calicut and NIT Manipur.

He has expertise in but not limited to Electric Machine Drives, Power Electronics, Nonlinear Control, Electric Vehicles, and Renewable Energy.
